With due respect, please excuse my recent absences from [DATE], as I was experiencing
chronic diarrhea and dehydration. I am supposed to attend my classes on [DATE], but my doctor
advised me to rest for at least a day, which was why I was absent on the third day
I am hoping that you would allow me to make-up for the exams I missed or submit make-up assignments. I am also willing to attend make-up classes if you permit
